Referral Competition T&Cs
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Weezy Group Ltd of 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR

2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Weezy Referral Competition (the “Competition”).
2.2 The winners of the competition will be the five Weezy users with the highest number of Weezy customers who make purchases using their ‘Refer & Earn’ Weezy promotional code (the “Referral Code”) between the Opening Date and the Closing Date inclusive (defined below).

3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 12:00pm BST on 13 September 2021 (the “Opening Date”) to 5:00pm BST on 19 September 2021 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
3.2 All purchases made using the entrant’s Referral Code must be completed by no later than the Closing Date in order to counted towards the Competition.
3.3 By creating an account on the Promoter’s website weezy.co.uk (the “Site”) or on any application the Promoter makes available via an app store or otherwise (the “Service”), you will automatically enter the Competition unless you opt out in accordance with paragraph 3.4 of these terms and conditions.
3.4 By creating an account on the Site or Service, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may opt out of the Competition by emailing becca@weezy.co.uk.
3.5 For enquiries relating to entries, please contact Weezy at becca@weezy.co.uk.
3.6 The winners will be the individuals owning the five most frequently used Referral Codes between the Opening Date and Closing Date (inclusive).
3.7 In the event of a tie between two or more individuals, the winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person as soon as practicable before the Announcement Date (defined below).
3.8 In the case of a tie, pursuant to paragraph 3.7, the Promoter will send the full name of the independent adjudicator to anyone who emails becca@weezy.co.uk within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition requesting such details.

4. Eligibility
4.1 Subject to paragraph 3, the competition is open to all residents in the UK except:
a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
4.3 The Promoter will not count any purchases with Referral Codes that are:
a) automatically generated by computer; or
b) completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.4 Only one Referral Code will be counted towards the Competition per person. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

5. The prize
5.1 The prize is a £30 Weezy voucher code which will be redeemable ten times to a maximum aggregate value of £300 (the “Prize”). Each winner will win one Prize. There are five Prizes available to be won and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.2 The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.3 In order to claim the Prize you must have a Weezy account and enter the voucher code on the Site or Service prior to completing your purchase.

6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after Monday 20 September (the “Announcement Date”), using the email address associated with their Weezy account.
6.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails becca@weezy.co.uk (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.
6.4 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email at becca@weezy.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the prize
7.1 Please allow 14 days for delivery of the Prize via email. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 10 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data protection and publicity
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy . See also 6.3 and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

10. General
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.4 The Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat) (Social Media Platform). You acknowledge that no Social Media Platform shall have any liability to you in connection with the Competition.
